Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the European Union member states listed at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Latvia.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order size and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. [Free-shipping threshold and per-zone rates — to be completed once carrier quotes are confirmed.]

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Baltic states: approx. 2–4 business days
  • Central / Western EU: approx. 4–8 business days
  • Southern / outer EU: approx. 5–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays may occur. We will email you tracking details once your order ships.

Carriers

We use established EU carriers (e.g. Latvijas Pasts, Omniva, DPD, or GLS depending on destination). The carrier may vary by country and parcel size.

Fragile Goods & Breakage

Our plates are porcelain and shipped in protective, fragile-rated packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact julija@portionplate.eu within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage and packaging where possible, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address & Undelivered Parcels

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection may be re-sent at an additional shipping charge, or refunded less the original shipping cost.
