  • Order details: products purchased, order value, order history
  • Payment information, processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and analytics/cookie data

  • Processing and delivering your order and providing customer service — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, performance of a contract
  • Meeting accounting and tax retention obligations — Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, legal obligation

4. Retention periods

5. Recipients and processors

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the store: our hosting provider (GreenGeeks), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, our email provider, and — where used — web analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising tools (Meta). Processors act solely on our instructions under agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

6. International transfers

Where a processor handles data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), the right to object to processing (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)).
