Hi, I'm Jūlija Šteinberga — a certified healthcare professional with 12+ years of clinical practice in Latvia, and a Master's candidate in nutrition science at the University of Latvia.
I created the Portion Plate because the people I work with kept asking me the same question: "What should a healthy plate actually look like?" This is my answer — premium porcelain, beautiful enough to use every day, with the healthy-plate method built right into the surface so balance becomes a habit, not a chore.
