PLATE + FIT
Description
A porcelain portion-control plate, two eating plans that stay yours, and three months of Vitarego Fit Premium. Photograph a meal on the plate and the app scores the balance and names one thing to change.
What’s included
- Your porcelain plate — Visual guides help you arrange vegetables, protein and carbohydrates. Choose white, green or pink.
- Northern & Mediterranean plate plans — Seven days each, with a daily menu, recipes and an automatic shopping list. They are not sold separately, and they stay yours after the three Premium months end.
- Plate check with your camera — Photograph a meal on the plate: the app reads what sits in each zone, scores the balance out of 100 and names one thing to change — not a list. Without Premium that is one check a day; during your three Premium months there is no limit.
- 300+ recipes in the app — Ask for meal ideas and ingredient suggestions, and browse the recipe library during your three Premium months. Calorie figures from photos are estimates, not exact measurements.

Marina –
I’ve been using the plate for a month. I used to overeat every evening; now the portions balance themselves — half vegetables, a quarter protein, a quarter grains. Nothing to weigh, no calories to count, it’s all right there in front of you. I reach for snacks less often, and the weight has started coming down slowly.

I bought the plate recently and I’m very happy with it. It makes the principles of balanced eating easy to follow — controlling portion size and what goes into each meal is far simpler now. The visible divisions have made my eating more deliberate and more varied. The quality is excellent and it’s comfortable to use every day. Really glad I got it.

Thank you so much! I really like this plate. You can tell straight away that it was put together with genuine care for the person using it. It helps me eat in a balanced way, keeps me from overeating, and teaches me how to combine foods properly. Simple, clear and genuinely useful!

This is the best thing anyone could have come up with for people whose plate is usually a mess. Now I don’t overthink it at all — I just fill each section to the space it gives me, and it comes out right every time. I’m planning to order one for the whole family.
